Placing an order
What happens when I place an order?
When we receive your order we get started working on your requested products! Everything is made to order, so check our website for our current processing times (usually 1-2 weeks!). Once your products are made to our standards, we package them and pop them into the mail! You will receive a notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup!
When will my order ship?
Our goal is always to have orders shipped within 7-14 business days from when your order was placed (excluding DYO)!
Design Your Own orders have a 3-5 week processing time. If an order contains both launch and DYO items then the entire order will ship together within 3-5 weeks.
Shipping & Pickup
Do you offer local pickup to save on shipping costs?
Local pickup is available at Prairie + Pine in Saskatoon, SK. We are looking to add more pickup locations throughout the province - stay tuned!
Where do you ship?
We ship Canada Post Expedited Parcel for all Canadian orders at a flat rate of $16, all orders over $150 to Canada are eligible for free shipping.
We offer $5 lettermail shipping only for 1-2 small bandanas or 1 large bandana which will fit lettermail dimensions- this option is NOT tracked and Luff Accessories will not be held responsible in the event of a loss.
Currently we ship within Canada and the United States.

Why do you have 5' and 8' leash lengths?
5' is the perfect standard leash length for most folks. We love having a hands-free option without an extra belt - the 8' leashes are perfect to wrap and knot around your waist and still have 4-6' of lead for your pup!
What's the difference between tie on and slip on bandanas?
Tie on bandanas are a classic triangle shape, meant to knot the two ends together around your pups neck. Our slip on bandanas slide over a standard nylon collar (refer to size chart for sizing) and stay on as long as the collar is on! The slip on bandanas are a safer option as they are far less likely to come off and become a choking hazard. As always, we recommend supervision when your pup is wearing any accessory - Luff Accessories will not be held responsible for any incidents or accidents that occur while utilizing our products.
What is your warranty on leashes?
Your pups well-being and safety is our number one priority! All metal hardware components on our leashes and collars are warrantied for the life of the leash/collar. In the rare event a metal component fails, it will be repaired free of charge. All required shipping for items to be repaired will be at buyers expense. It is important to note that the finish on plated metal hardware can wear with use over time. This is normal and not considered under warranty. Please always supervise your pet while using Luff products and regularly inspect all fittings and hardware.

Are all of your products Made in Canada?
We source locally as much as possible! We order the majority of our fabric directly from Canadian shops (the fabric may be manufactured out of country, but we support local Canadian vendors) and the rope for our leashes is made here in Canada!
